Election Information

Residents of parts of North Little RockSherwood, and the Camp Joseph T. Robinson military base, an upcoming Special Election for the State Representative for your district, District 70, is being held on January 6, 2026.

Important Election Dates to Remember:

  • December 8th, 2025: Deadline to apply to register to vote for this election. 
  • December 22nd, 2025: First day for designated bearers to pick up absentee ballots in person from the Pulaski County Clerk’s Office. To request an absentee ballot, visit the Voter Registration Page.
  • December 30th, 2025: Early voting begins, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend voting.
    • Deadline for the Clerk’s office to receive a request for an absentee ballot by mail, fax or electronic mail.
  • January 2nd, 2026: Deadline to request an absentee ballot application and return the absentee ballot in person or by designated bearer to the Clerk’s office by 5:00 PM. 
  • January 5th, 2026: Last day of early voting, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • January 6th, 2026: Election Day, polls open from 7:30 AM to 7:20 PM. Vote at your assigned polling location
    • Last day to transfer your vote registration from county to county.

Poll Worker Appointments for Election:

Election Officials appointed to conduct early voting will be posted for public viewing at the Pulaski County Courthouse on December 22, 2025.

Any objections to the early voting Election Officials must be in writing to the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners, 501 West Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201, or email [email protected] by December 29, 2025.

Election Officials appointed to conduct election day voting will be posted for public viewing at the Pulaski County Courthouse on December 29, 2025.
