Departments

The Accounting Department receives and records court fine payments, court costs from the first and fifth division, and drug scan fees.

The Administration Department oversees the various departments of the Clerk's Office and provides support services to each department.

The Central Receiving Department files all new court cases for civil, domestic and probate. The department also issues writs, and files protection orders.

The County Records Department is the repository for all Pulaski County court documents. The department provides copies of court documents to the courts and the public.

The Elections Department, a part of the Voter Registration Department informs the public about upcoming elections, candidate filings, campaign contributions, and expenditure reports.

The Jury Administrative Department provides jury services, including removing jury panels from the pool and disbursing juror payments.

The Marriage License Department, a part of the County Records Department, is responsible for issuing and recording all marriages.

The Real Estate Department records various real estate-related documents such as deeds, mortgages, plats, liens, and leases that become public records.

The Voter Registration Department processes voter registration, registration updates, and transfers for address changes and maintains the county’s voter registration data.
