The Communications and Outreach office is committed to coordinating a comprehensive effort to inform and educate residents of the Pulaski County Clerk’s activities through various media outlets. It also works to raise awareness of all the services the office provides and develops positive relationships with community organizations to increase civic engagement.

Speaking Engagement

Please fill out the speaker request form if you or your organization are interested in the Clerk or a representative speaking to your group.

Voter Registration Drives

If you would like to invite the Clerk’s Office to conduct a voter registration drive at your next event, please email us your request at [email protected].

Organizations or groups who would like to host their own voter registration drive, please contact our office to receive a voter registration tool kit.

Get Right with the Court: The Clerk’s Office, along with the Pulaski County Circuit and District Courts, are hosting a “Get Right with the Court” leniency and community engagement event on Saturday, September 28th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event will take place in the Pulaski County Courthouse. The purpose of the “Get Right with the Court” event is to eliminate barriers that prevent individuals from fully participating in society. It provides community members with an opportunity to address their legal financial obligations and seek assistance in a non-threatening setting.

Training with the Clerk: Pulaski County Circuit and County Clerk Terri Hollingsworth, in collaboration with the Pulaski County Election Commission, will host two voter registration training workshops for the public. These workshops are suitable for individuals and groups interested in organizing voter registration drives in their community and setting up registration tables in their places of business or churches.

Training Dates:

Wednesday, Aug. 28 at noon (Virtual)

Thursday, Sep. 12 at 6:00 pm (In-person)

The in-person training will take place at the Pulaski County Regional Building, 501 W. Markham St. in Little Rock.

Civil Help Desk: The Clerk’s Office partners with the Center for Arkansas Legal Services and the W. H. Harold Flowers Law Society to provide free legal assistance to Pulaski County residents for civil matters.
